- Do not text, message, or email staff from personal accounts (required by Louisiana R.S. 17:81(Q)).
🧰 Take Care of Your Chromebook
- Handle your Chromebook carefully and keep it secure at all times.
- Bring your Chromebook to school fully charged each day.
- Use only the school-approved charger and accessories.
- Keep food and drinks away from your Chromebook.
- Do not remove labels, stickers, or asset tags.
- Report lost, stolen, or damaged devices immediately.
🔐 Your Privacy
- Your Chromebook and accounts belong to Vernon Parish Schools.
- Activity is always monitored to keep students safe and systems secure.
- Your data is protected under FERPA, COPPA, and Louisiana R.S. 17:100.7.
⚠️ If You Misuse It
- Possible loss of device or internet privileges.
- School discipline and/or payment for damage if caused by negligence.
